Wedding cake

Our 1st wedding cake. teehee When he called, he requested a 2 tier wedding cake. Since we had never done it before, we said we couldn't do it as we were not confident and unsure of the end result. Fear that the customer will end up with a leaning tower of wedding cake! So we agreed that we'll make a 12 inch wedding cake instead. We went to the baking shop to purchase the 12 inch pan, unfortunately, only 10 inch pan is availabe. Oh oo.. We used the pan and of course, the cake looked small. Plan B, take a high risk and make the 2 tier wedding cake anyway. After several hours, we manage to finish it. We were kinda happy with the end result... And yeah, after that we spent 2 hours driving around to find a box that fits! Lesson learned, make sure that a box that fits is always available before baking...

Cupcakes... Here i come!!! heheh... Time flies, finally finished my diploma and i can't believe that it's been 3 years already, bye2 Sarawak. (Sob2...  ) I'll be visiting soon, when my pockets are full. heheh. Now i'll just have to wait for the result of my degree application. Sekali dapat kat Sarawak lagi... *kuang.kuang.kuang* If unsuccessful, i guess i'll be a full time baker and kahwin.  Ok2, enough with that. We have GREAT news, orders are now open daily.
